I called Jay Watts of “PROACT IT SOLUTIONS” because I was having an issue with my computer—every time someone sent me a file, it would take 3 to 5 minutes just to open. Jay dialed into my computer remotely and immediately went to work.

Within minutes, he identified the problem, optimized my system settings, and made a few critical adjustments I didn’t even know were needed. By the time he finished, files were opening in seconds, and my entire system was running smoother and faster than it had in months.
